How payment works: one-time projects are billed 50% to start and 50% on delivery. Larger projects can be split into milestones. Monthly plans are billed in advance and can be cancelled anytime with 7 days' notice. You only pay for work we deliver. See our refund policy.

One-time projects are billed 50% to start and 50% on delivery. Larger projects can be split into milestones. Monthly Shopify plans are billed in advance each month. All prices are in US dollars, and we accept major credit and debit cards and PayPal.
You only pay for work we deliver. If we haven't started your project, you get a full refund. If we stop before finishing, you're refunded for every milestone not yet delivered. Delivered and approved work is not refundable. Full details are in our refund policy.
Yes. Rise Fex LLC is a US company, and we work with clients worldwide by email, video call and shared project boards. We schedule calls in your time zone.
You do. Once the project is paid in full, you own the design, code and content we created for you, and we hand over all logins and source files.
Yes. You can upgrade at any point, and you only pay the difference. If your needs change mid-project, we send an updated quote before doing extra work.
